MÓNICA ALEJANDRA ESTRADA MULATO

Specialist in Corporate Law, Labor Law, Registries Law, and Intellectual Property.
Mónica is an attorney and leads the firm’s corporate practice area, where she advises domestic and international companies on strategic corporate law matters, with a particular focus on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance in El Salvador.
She has solid experience in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of commercial and employment agreements, as well as in the organization and conduct of shareholders’ meetings and corporate governance bodies. She also provides comprehensive counsel in the management of registry and regulatory filings before various State institutions, ensuring our clients’ proper legal operation.
In the field of intellectual property, she leads strategies for the protection and enforcement of intangible assets, representing clients in administrative proceedings, including trademark and industrial design oppositions, as well as in the filing of administrative remedies and appeals before the competent authorities.
She holds a Law Degree with a specialization in Public Procurement from the University of El Salvador, and has complemented her education with a course in Corporate Labor Law from the Graduate School of the Evangelical University.
She is authorized to practice law by the Supreme Court of Justice under Resolution No. 175-D, dated January 30, 2026.
