His practice area within the firm focuses on the resolution of disputes through litigation and arbitration, as a result of clients’ needs to provide them with legal advice prior to judicial proceedings or to complement already initiated litigation that may require expansion, such as in Civil, Commercial, and Labor Law matters. Within the firm, he has acquired deep knowledge and experience in highly complex judicial proceedings. In addition, due to his experience in Procedural Law, he advises on judicial proceedings of a civil, commercial, and labor nature, as well as on alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, conciliation, and arbitration. At the firm, Francisco provides personalized attention with full dedication to each individual matter. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the Real Property and Mortgages Registry and the Intellectual Property Registry of the National Registry Center. Education:
