Francisco has been an associate attorney at the firm since 2022. His practice area within the firm focuses on the resolution of disputes through litigation and arbitration, as a result of clients’ needs to provide them with legal advice prior to judicial proceedings or to complement already initiated litigation that may require expansion, such as in Civil, Commercial, and Labor Law matters.
Within the firm, he has acquired deep knowledge and experience in highly complex judicial proceedings. In addition, due to his experience in Procedural Law, he advises on judicial proceedings of a civil, commercial, and labor nature, as well as on alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, conciliation, and arbitration.
At the firm, Francisco provides personalized attention with full dedication to each individual matter. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the Real Property and Mortgages Registry and the Intellectual Property Registry of the National Registry Center.
Education:
- Law Degree, University of El Salvador.
- Master’s Degree in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, Universidad Modular Abierta.
- Master’s Degree in Private Law, University of El Salvador.
- Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice to practice law under Resolution 204-D, dated March 24, 2021.
- Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice to perform notarial functions under Resolution 57-D, dated February 28, 2022.
