Ana Guadalupe Morán is the Partner in charge of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, and Registries Law practice areas, where she leads protection, management, and enforcement strategies for intangible assets for companies across various economic sectors.
She has extensive experience in the prosecution and registration of trademarks, trade names, domain names, and industrial designs, as well as in the strategic management of intellectual property portfolios throughout the Central American region. She also provides comprehensive counsel to organizations in the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, including matters related to copyrights and patents.
In the area of registries law, she has solid technical knowledge in the structuring and execution of registry due diligence studies before the Republic’s main public registries, particularly the Real Property and Mortgages Registry, the Commerce Registry, the Movable Collateral Registry, and the Motor Vehicle Registry.
In the area of corporate labor law, she advises companies on the drafting and review of individual employment agreements, the structuring of internal workplace regulations, support in administrative proceedings and labor inspections, as well as preventive consultations aimed at regulatory compliance and the proper management of labor relations within the organization.
Additionally, she has participated as a legal collaborator in family law proceedings, including divorces, termination of parental authority, determination of child support obligations, and domestic violence cases, contributing to the design of procedural strategies aimed at ensuring the effective protection of the rights of those represented.
She holds a Law Degree from the Evangelical University of El Salvador and is currently in the process of being authorized as an attorney of the Republic before the Supreme Court of Justice. At the same time, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies at Universidad Austral (Argentina).
