LEGAL ASSISTANT Assisting in the areas of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Notarial Law, and Registries Law within the firm. Nelson works in the areas of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Notarial Law, and Registries Law within the firm, advising clients on the drafting and preparation of nominated and innominate contracts in the civil and commercial sphere; on the incorporation, maintenance, amendment, and dissolution of commercial companies; on the processing of notarial proceedings in accordance with the Law on the Exercise of Notarial Functions in Voluntary Jurisdiction and Other Proceedings; as well as on the handling of various registry and administrative law procedures. He is currently a graduate of the Law Degree program at the Technological University of El Salvador and is pursuing a pre-specialization in Specialized Justice for a Life Free from Violence and Discrimination Against Women.
